For your convenience, Hanko Designs offers many different ways to order our products (website, mail order, phone, and retail shows).
Our website does not have a “real time” inventory. Not all products shown will be “available” or “in stock”. We reserve the right to Back Order or Cancel any item at our discretion.
Please Note: Normal Order Processing and Shipping will be 7 – 10 days. Sorry for any inconvenience. Please contact us if you need your order sooner. If possible, we will try to process your order sooner.

Website Ordering:
The Hanko Designs website is available 7 days a week 24 hours a day and features a full selection of products. You can view the image, description and price of each product. Many of the products are featured with viewable samples and technique hints. Ordering is easy and simple. Your personal and credit card information is safe and secure (security and privacy) when ordering through the web.
To Order from the Website:
- View the selected item.
- Select the “quantity” to order (default quantity is “1”).
- Click on “add to cart”.
- To continue to select products, click “back” button on your browser; OR
- To complete the order, click on the “checkout” button and complete the order form.
Note: No COD orders.
Web Orders Using PayPal:
- At “checkout” select the PayPal Option. You will be directed to the PayPal website.
- Sign in to your PayPal account and make your payment, or follow PayPal instructions for making a single payment.
- You will be returned to the Hanko Designs website to finish your transaction.
- Any over payments will be credit back to your PayPal account.

Retail Shows:
Hanko Designs attends a select number of stamp and craft shows on the West Coast. Many unique and limited items are offered along with show specials and discontinued items. Join us at our next show (Show Schedule).
Retail Shipping & Packing Charges:
Shipping and Packing charges will be added to all orders shipped to United States, U.S. Military APO, and US Territory. Link to Shipping Rates
Packing charges may be added for special and/or large orders.
Please allow 7-14 working days to process and ship your order.

Retail International Orders (incl. Canada):
Retail International Orders will be billed Shipping & Handling based on weight and packaging requirements. International orders will be shipped via airmail unless other arrangements are requested.
We do not normally Insure International Orders. International buyers assume all risk due to loss, theft, and/or mishandling.
