We ship weekly to customers in:

• Canada (Shipping RATES are very EXPENSIVE!!!)

We have discontinued shipping outside of the USA (except Canada) due to the high loss rate of packages and slow delivery times.

Shipping Service:

We normally ship via the US Postal Service – First Class International Rate (Priority is also available). Shipping charges will be calculated based on the order’s weight and will be added to the order. Packing and Handling charges may also be added to the order. Please go to the United States Postal website at http://usps.com for postal rate information.

Packing and Handling charges will be added to International orders at time of shipping.

“FREE SHIPPING” Coupons and Discounts are good for USA destinations only. International orders are not eligible for Free Shipping.

Payment Options:

Minimum Order $5.01 US dollar

Direct Payment by Credit Card is an option – VISA, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express. All payments must be in US Dollars (USD).

PayPal Option is Available. International customers can now pay in their own local currency. http://PayPal.com .PayPal customers please note that International Shipping & Handling charges will be billed separately by PayPal Invoice.

Back Orders: Products that are NOT in stock/available for International Orders will NOT be “back ordered” and will be canceled from the order.

Lost or Missing Orders:
International orders are shipped at the Buyers risk. We (Hanko Designs) assume no responsibility for lost or stolen orders. Please check with your local Postal Office to inquire on Late or Missing orders.

Free Shipping: International Orders are NOT eligible for “Free Shipping” offers. Also some “Coupons” and/or “Promotions” may not be applicable to International Orders. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
