Introducing a traditional Japanese paper layering technique called “Ocho-Tsugigami!” This traditional paper layering technique was developed over a thousand years ago during the Heian Period (AD 794-1185) by the aristocrats of Japan and has been passed down over the generations. We thought it would be a perfect technique for our cardmaking enthusiasts today!
