Shipping Information

Shipping Time:

We normally process orders in 5 to 7 working days of receipt. Due to capacity of our business, it may take more than 8 working days in busy periods. Please contact us if you need an order delivered by a specific date.

Overnight and Expedited Shipping Requests:

If you require your order to be shipped via Overnight, 2 day, or 3 day Express Shipping, please contact us in advance by phone or email for confirmation.  Additional shipping and handling charges will be added. Note: Shipping rates and terms subject to change without notice.

Back Orders:

If an item is Out of Stock, we MAY Back Order the item and ship it when it returns to stock. You will be advised on your Invoice of any back orders. Please advise if you do not want us to back order items on your order.

Retail Orders:

Shipping within the United States and Territories, will be shipped via U.S. Mail unless otherwise specified. Larger orders may ship via UPS ground. If requested, orders can shipped via Overnight or 2nd day “express” services (subject to inventory availability). Addition shipping & handling charges will apply to “express” and/or large orders.

Retail International Shipping

Retail International Orders will normally be shipped via Air Mail to international destinations unless otherwise specified. International shipping & handling charges are based on order weight plus packaging charges. International shipping & handling charges will be added to your order. International customers, please e-mail us with your purchase list for a shipping & handling quote.

“FREE SHIPPING” Offers & Coupons are good for USA destinations only.

International orders are shipped at the Buyers risk. We (Hanko Designs) assume no responsibility for lost or stolen orders. Please check with your local Postal Office to inquire on Late or Missing orders.
