Question:
Are your papers “Acid Free”?
Answer:
Because of the way our papers are packaged and the numbers of different manufactures we use, it is impossible for us to test all of our paper.  We do not guarantee any of our papers to be “Acid Free”.  If you require “Acid Free” paper, spraying the paper with a neutralizing spray product (i.e.. Archival Mist) may be a possible solution.

How can I order from Hanko Designs
Answer:
You can order by the Internet, Mail Order, Fax , or Phone.  We have a “printable” order form available for your convenience.

Question:
Is it safe to order online? 
Answer:
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security encryption to insure the security of your order and credit card information.

Question:
Are you an “Angel” company?
Answer:
We will allow our images to be used on a limited basis on “Home-Made” and “Hand-Crafted” products.  Use of  our images for “Commercial” and/or mass produced products is prohibited. Please inquire if you have any questions on using our images or products.

 

Question:

Do you have a retail store?
Answer:
Sorry,  we do not have a retail store. Our products are available through mail-order, this web-site, through your local stamp retailer.  In addition,  we will be selling our products at retail shows in Bay Area, Los Angeles Area and Sacramento Area. Do you sell wholesale?
Answer:
Hanko Designs stamps, washi paper, quilting kits, dies, mizuhiki cords are available for wholesale purchase. Please contact us for wholesale information.
