Shipping Information

Note: We do not charge your credit card until time of shipping. Discounts, promotions, and adjustments will be made at time of shipping.

Shipping Time:  We normally process orders in 5 to 7 working days of receipt.  Due to capacity of our business, it may take more than 8 working days in busy periods.

Backorders:  If an item is Out of Stock, we MAY Backorder the item and ship it when it returns to stock.  You will be advised on your Invoice of any backorders. Please advise if you do not want us to backorder items on your order.

Retail Orders shipping within the United States and Territories, will be shipped via U.S. Mail unless otherwise specified.  Larger orders may ship via UPS ground.  If requested, orders can shipped via Overnight or 2nd day "express" services (subject to inventory availability).  Addition shipping & handling charges will apply to "express" and/or large orders.

Retail International Orders will normally be shipped via Air Mail to international destinations unless otherwise specified.  International shipping & handling  charges are based on order weight plus packaging charges. International shipping & handling charges will be added to your order.  International customers, please e-mail us with your purchase list for a shipping & handling quote.
